Abhyanga
Warm herbal oils are applied to the body as part of the traditional Ayurvedic massage technique known as abhyanga. It is a key component of Ayurveda and is thought to balance the doshas (Pitta, Kapha, and Vata) and enhance general well-being. From the most subtle and spiritual level to the most physical, the treatment incorporates and focuses on the several levels we have as individuals.

Shirodhara is a very calming treatment that uses an age-old method of gradually applying a thin stream of warm medicinal liquid to the center of the forehead(Third Eye). The sensation of transcendence—the desired state of going beyond thoughts to complete inner quiet and silence—is encouraged by this therapy. Shirodhara induces a trance and encourages restful sleep. It revitalizes your body, clears your head, and provides a peaceful setting in which to discover who you really are.
Insomnia, depression and tension headaches can all be effectively treated with it. Additionally, it is a great way to relieve burning and irritated eyes. The best effects from Shirodhara are obtained after an Abhyanga session.

It is well recognized for balancing the body's energy pathways (Marma points), promoting profound relaxation, and calming the nervous system. Since the feet are regarded as the body's foundation in Ayurveda, massaging them can significantly improve general health.
